So cozy! Someone wrote "a hidden gem" and it sure is. Really quiet and nice location hidden away in an alley so there's no big roads or traffic outside. The rooms were big and spacious, bathroom also. Big nice balcony. Cleaning very good!! Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 min walk to Blueport mall. 10 min walk to the beach. Breakfast was all good, maybe not wow, but good enough :) highly recommend this place. I will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Prinz Garden Villa. The grounds are stunning, beautiful pool and our room was perfect for our stay. Room was very clean, bright, spacious and balcony had 3 seating areas which was great for us. 5 mins walk to shopping mall and another one was about 15 mins away. Beach 5-10 mins. Staff friendly.

The staff are amazing every single one of them, nothing is to much trouble the breakfast is cooked and served perfectly with a smile but a little limited choice which will be down to owner not staff because they are all brilliant especially Venus x

An excellent hotel in a very good location, as it is just a minute's walk from Bluport (one of the large shopping centers in Hua Hin), which means you are never far away from food, shopping, entertainment and bus connections. The staff are all excellent, doing their best to accommodate your every request. The breakfast is amazing as well - they have fruits, bread, cereal etc, but also you can choose a main dish each day (and there are different ones every day). The pool was nice - you can have a very relaxing time just sunbathing with a nice drink from the hotel bar. Finally, the rooms are very big and clean and come with a balcony as well.

The location is excellent, away from the main road and close to two malls. The swimming pool is lovely and towels from reception. The rooms are huge with good AC and fans, nice balcony with table and chairs, staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and breakfast when you want and hapoy to very the menu. Food area is spotless and very nice.

Big room with balcony. Pool was lovely. Staff were very friendly. For.us, the location was perfect. Close to a couple of shopping centres and just off the main road for hopping on the songthaew to the night market. Only a short stroll to the beach too, if that's why you're here.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Hua Hin. The room we had (family room) was huge. the bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. the swimming pool was lovely and the sun loungers comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Hua Hin, it was set back off the main road and was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. we had breakfast there which was lovely. A real family feel to the place, and we will certainly book again next time we visit Hua Hin.

Lovely little place enjoyed my stay close to shopping and beach down a quite little Soi what makes this place even more delightful is the staff very accommodating to their guests and a absolute value to the hotel and Pla is amazing to her guests that stay there I will definately be back next year

The hotel, the team. All the way from the Manager Khun Pra, all the staff, to the security Khun A. I enjoyed all the settings. Not on the main road. It's own private little oasis. Western or Thai breakfast. 10 min walk to beach. Soi 94 very close bars and restaurant. Blueport shopping 🛍 food like street food many restaurants 5-10 walk. With all your major banks on the lower ground floor. In short, I really enjoyed my stay. So much so I would probably choose this over Phuket, especially when it's overcrowded around Nov, Dec.

rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly they laid out personal items left on the bed so nicely staff were so friendly they had over night security who kept watch the pool was a lovely depth for our shortest 4ft 11in and tallest 5ft 11in location was perfect for us about a 3 minute walk to the main street
